How to return a product

- 3 Return the product undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- 4 After inspecting the returned product, we issue the refund to the original payment method within the statutory deadline.
Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless customer support informs you otherwise or the return concerns defective performance.
Product condition
Return the product clean and undamaged. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
