Kedvencem App Terms

The Kedvencem App is provided by Mozaik Média Kft., 1193 Budapest, Bem utca 33., Hungary; company registration number 01-09-345120; tax number 26792930-2-43; info@kedvencem.hu. By downloading, registering for or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Kedvencem provides pet profiles and records, NFC/QR tag functions, lost-pet alerts and finder contact, maps, reminders, community and messaging features, provider discovery, shopping and optional paid features. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis, emergency services, official microchip registers or professional advice. Availability and individual features may change by platform, region and plan.

• • You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• • The account is personal. You are responsible for activity performed through it and for ensuring you have the right to upload pet, contact, document and location data.
• • Users below the applicable age must have parental or guardian authorization.
• • You may delete your account inside the App or through our web deletion page.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as necessary to operate, secure and promote the selected service (including public profiles you choose to publish). Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, exploitative or privacy-violating material; impersonate others; spam; scrape; reverse-engineer; disrupt security; or misuse lost-pet and emergency functions. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary.

• • Price, duration, features and any trial are displayed before purchase.
• • Apple App Store or Google Play processes mobile purchases and charges the payment method associated with your store account.
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the store may charge renewal within 24 hours before that end.
• • Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or Kedvencem account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
• • Refunds for store purchases are handled under Apple’s or Google’s applicable rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For tags or other physical products, the price, delivery method, payment terms, statutory warranty and withdrawal information shown during checkout and in the Hungarian terms applicable to the purchase apply. Stripe may process card payments; we do not store full card details.

The App may use or link to Apple, Google, Firebase, Meta/Facebook, Stripe, maps, delivery providers and third-party provider profiles. Their services are governed by their own terms. Kedvencem does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality or conduct of independent sitters, groomers, veterinarians or other listed providers; users contract with them directly unless expressly stated otherwise.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on compatible devices for lawful purposes. The App, brand, software, design and operator content remain protected by intellectual-property law. No source code, trademark or other rights are transferred.

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lost-pet alerts, NFC/QR scans, location, notifications and third-party data may be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, user content, third-party conduct or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, safety risks, legal requirements or service closure, with notice where reasonably possible. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the App, website or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Complaints: info@kedvencem.hu. Consumers may contact the competent conciliation body or court under applicable law. Support information is available at kedvencem.hu/en/support.
